  • 10x10 Space
  • 2 Cook Off T-Shirts
  • Spoons For Attendees
  • 3oz Tasting Cups For Attendees
  • Napkins
  • Ballot Box
  • 3 Compartment Ware-washing Station
  • Chili Event Garbage Cans (Waste Disposal)

TEAM TO PROVIDE:

  • At Least 1 Certified Food Handler License
  • At Least 5 Gallons of Chili
  • (2) 8 Ft. Tables - 1 For Front Of Booth Serving and 1 For Back of Booth Prep and Ware Wash
  • Chairs, Wipe-able Tablecloths
  • Hand Washing Station (i.e. spigot water cooler, soap, catch pail, paper towels)
  • Gloves & Hair Restraints
  • Recipe Ingredients (In case of allergies)
  • Metal Food Thermometers
  • Fire Extinguisher
  • Any Booth Decorations
